Job Description

BryceTech is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support Marine Corps financial management operations through cost analysis, financial reporting, budget execution monitoring, reconciliation activities, and data analytics.

The selected candidate will support senior financial personnel in evaluating financial performance, identifying discrepancies, and preparing reports that support Government decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with development of cost estimates and financial analyses
  • Prepare financial status reports and management briefings
  • Analyze budget execution and financial management data
  • Support reconciliation of PBIS, DAI, ADVANA, WYPC, TFSMS, and HRLink data
  • Support USSGL transaction analysis and financial closeout activities
  • Assist in identifying financial discrepancies and recommending corrective actions
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and ADVANA
  • Support audit readiness initiatives and financial reporting requirements
  • Assist with preparation of leadership reports and budget execution metrics
Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance or above
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, mathematics, data analytics, information systems, or related discipline
  • 6+ years supporting Federal financial management
  • Advanced expertise with:
    • Marine Corps financial systems
    • USSGL posting logic
    • Financial closeout processes
    • Data standardization and coding structures
  • Experience supporting:
    • PBIS
    • DAI
    • ADVANA
    • WYPC (or successor systems)
  • Advanced proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Power BI
    • Power Query
    • Data analytics tools
  • Relevant financial, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate technical financial information clearly
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Government environment
