Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Patriot Construction, Inc. is looking for a Quality Control Manager to support onsite teams managing ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing scoping documents, instructions to bidders and soliciting proposals from Subcontractors.
  • Assist in coordinating & managing onsite subcontractors.
  • Assist in coordinating RFI & submittal review process.
  • Assist in coordinating field issues between subcontractors and design professionals.
  • Update & distribute documents within the project management software.
  • Assist in coordinating construction activities and communicating to project stakeholders.
  • Participate in the project weekly meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of the project closeout process.

Qualifications

  • General knowledge of construction principles and building systems.
  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Project, Excel and Procore
  • Looking for a fast learner.
  • Must be very organized and can work with less supervision
  • Engineering Degree.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
