We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Strategy and Planning who will report to the Director, Global Strategic Planning, BRP-Technology, and whoโ€™ll be tasked with producing a clear, recurring data narrative by transforming reporting into a coherent story that drives decisions at the leadership level. As part of your role, youโ€™ll contribute to the project management of key strategic initiatives, from scoping through execution, anticipating risks and tracking critical milestones. YOUโ€™LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Establish and drive standards across reporting, decision tracking, and collaboration frameworks to create consistency and efficiency. Turn data into a clear, recurring narrative by building dashboards and reports that give leadership real visibility into priorities and performance. Inform team with sharp market intelligence by analyzing trends, benchmarking technologies, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Drive key initiatives forward by contributing to project management across strategic priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned and ahead of deadlines. Build and maintain dashboards that give full visibility into priorities, KPIs, and project status. Prepare weekly updates for the CTO and high-quality materials for board meetings and executive presentations. YOUโ€™LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, project management, corporate strategy, business development, business planning. A proven ability to think in a structured manner and analyze situations from various perspectives The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong proficiency in French and English to collaborate globally.
