We provide full training on the science behind the spray and the art of the pitch!

  • Lead Generation & D2D Outreach: Engage with residents in targeted neighborhoods to generate immediate interest, set appointments, and close deals.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify specific property headaches whether it’s a brittle roof, a cracking driveway, or fading stucco and present a cost-saving solution.
  • Pipeline Management: Follow up with potential leads, track your pipeline, and maintain a professional, high-integrity image for the brand within the local community.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional "people skills" with the ability to build quick rapport and simplify technical concepts for homeowners.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to walk targeted neighborhoods and comfortably work outdoors performing visual home inspections.
  • Reliability: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned territories.
