Product Manager - Semiconductor Equipment
Summary/Objective
Forge Nano Inc, is a global leader in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and nanocoating technologies, enabling breakthroughs in materials performance for industries ranging from semiconductors to energy storage and aerospace. The Product Manager - Semiconductor Equipment manages products through their lifecycles, including product strategy, customer/market requirements analysis, and pricing.
The Product Manager interacts with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and our global sales team to optimize business performance for assigned products. Assists in segmentation, business planning, product marketing strategies, portfolio management, negotiations, and production forecasts.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Monitors global market trends for new business opportunities and refines understanding of customer and market requirements in Forge Nano's target markets through research and customer visits.
• Defines product roadmaps, product plans, product specifications, critical features, price targets, profit, return on investment (ROI), competitive strength, and value delivery.
• Engages with technical application and product development execution to ensure program success (Performance/Capability, Cost, Timing)
• Interfaces with Global Sales, Research and Development, Engineering, Global Customer Support, Operations, Corporate Marketing, Quality, and other partners to ensure new offerings meet technical specifications, cost targets, delivery commitments, and achieve customer adoption.
• Coordinates regular forecasting and demand analysis with Sales.
• Reports to the Director of Product Management.
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management/marketing
• Solid understanding of the physics and operating principles of semiconductor equipment
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in wafer fabrication equipment, preferably Atomic Layer Deposition equipment
• Familiarity with ALD, CVD, PCVD, or MOCVD processes and applications.
Education
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, physics, materials science or related discipline
• Prefer additional business degree
Qualifications
• Strong analytical and communication skills; adept at executive storytelling and data-driven decisions
• Customer communication & expectation management
• Technical fluency
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority
• Risk identification and mitigation
Work Environment
Work will be in an office and manufacturing environment at Forge Nano's Thornton, CO facility. When in the manufacturing environment, the employee will be required to wear all appropriate safety equipment including but not limited to eye protection, gloves, steel toe shoes, lab coat, and a hard hat. Strict adherence to corporate and/or plant policies, rules and regulations in these areas is required.

Travel to trade shows, industry conferences and customer visits are expected for this position.
Compensation
• $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 annual Salary, based on experience.
