Compensation: $28-$32 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 30 hours per week

Overview / About the Family:
A warm and welcoming family in Laredo is seeking a reliable, engaging, and experienced Part-Time Summer Nanny to care for their three children, ages 3, 5, and 9, throughout the summer months. The ideal candidate is energetic, nurturing, and enjoys creating fun, age-appropriate activities while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment. This is a wonderful opportunity for a nanny who enjoys staying active, encouraging creativity, and helping children have a memorable and enjoyable summer.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and age-appropriate care for three children ages 3, 5, and 9
  • Plan engaging summer activities, crafts, outdoor play, and educational outings
  • Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children throughout the day
  • Assist with maintaining routines, schedules, and transitions between activities
  • Help keep children’s bedrooms, play spaces, and belongings neat and organized
  • Provide transportation to local camps, activities, or outings if needed
  • Encourage positive behavior, creativity, and active play
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding the children’s day and any updates

Requirements:

  • Previous nanny or childcare experience with multiple children required
  • Experience caring for preschool and school-aged children preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
  • Ability to create a fun, safe, and nurturing summer environment
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
