Job description

We're looking for a motivated and reliable team player to join our growing production team! If you're mechanically inclined, thrive in a hands-on environment, and have experience in a warehouse or plastics manufacturing setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Night shift with shift differential!!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and box sheets
  • Label and weigh inventory
  • Load material into grinders and process into pellet form
  • Clean and maintain grinding equipment
  • Stage materials for upcoming jobs
  • Follow grinding schedules and support overall production processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

  • Tow motor operation
  • Ability to read/write and use a tape measure
  • Mechanically inclined with basic math skills
  • Comfortable using hand tools (saws, nail gun, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Team-oriented and able to communicate clearly
  • Must follow safety procedures and work in a warehouse setting
