Overview Full Time and Part Time
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Nail Salon Receptionist to be the face of our salon. As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage the appointment calendar, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

What you’ll do

  • Cultivate a welcoming environment that enhances customer experiences and encourages repeat visits.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including managing nail tech rotations, scheduling appointments
  • Oversee inventory management by tracking supplies and submitting orders
  • Implement effective marketing ads on social media to attract new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Assist with some cleaning duties and organizing nail products to endure the cleanliness around the salon

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the nail industry.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good Customer service

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle customers' complains
