Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Job: Machinist Level 3
Work Location: Mesa, AZ
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
Work Schedule: 4x10 (Monday - Thursday)
Security Clearance: Not Required
Job Description:
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines in a production environment.
  • Perform machining operations to manufacture precision parts according to specifications.
  • Adjust machine feeds, speeds, and depth of cut to ensure quality production.
  • Deburr finished parts and perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.
  • Inspect parts for conformance to specifications using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Visually inspect machined parts for burrs, defects, and damaged surfaces.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
  • Use basic computer systems for work instructions and timekeeping.
  • Lift, pull, and push materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a production environment.
  • Experience setting up and operating CNC Lathes and CNC Mills.
  • Ability to adjust machine feeds, speeds, and cutting depths.
  • Experience inspecting machined parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for timekeeping and production documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 35 lbs.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Preferred:
  • 8-10 years of machining experience operating CNC Lathes and Mills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and machining setup experience.
  • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
