Summary
The Inspector Level III is responsible for defining inspection processes and certifying co-workers who perform inspections. He/she is certified in specific disciplines and has detailed understanding of applicable codes and/or standards. Certified by appropriate agency or organization to represent inspection for a given discipline under a specific quality management program. The Inspector Level III shall have sufficient practical background in applicable materials, fabrication, and product technology to establish techniques and to assist in establishing acceptance criteria when none are otherwise available.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Inspector Level III will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.   • Develops and Implements Inspection Plans

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, scientific, or construction-related discipline from an accredited college or university and 4 years of related experience and 8 years related experience or 8 years prior experience as a Level II Inspector.
  • Knowledge of construction practices (i.e., formwork, rebar, concrete placing, etc.)
  • Demonstrated skill and knowledge with applicable quality codes and standards and preferably NRC regulations.

Compensation for this position is expected to range from $84,615 to $110,000 annually.
Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, training, skills, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.
In addition to base compensation, eligible co-workers may participate in company-sponsored benefits, which may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings plans, and other company-sponsored benefit programs, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
