The Vice President, Nabors Drilling Solutions (NDS) provides global leadership for the NDS technology and services business lines, with accountability for the global product roadmap, commercial strategy, P&L performance, customer engagement, and operational execution.

This role partners closely with regional and geographic operations leaders to align product strategy, service delivery, pricing discipline, customer commitments, and operational priorities. The VP of NDS is expected to translate market needs and customer feedback into a prioritized roadmap, drive profitable growth, strengthen global service consistency, and ensure the business is positioned to deliver differentiated technology-enabled solutions across the drilling lifecycle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in oilfield services, drilling technology, or a related industrial technology sector, including at least 5 years in a role with direct P&L accountability.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a global or multi-geography product line, including exposure to varied regional market and regulatory conditions.

  • Experience developing and enforcing pricing strategy and leading commercial contract negotiations at enterprise scale.

  • Track record of executive-level customer relationship management, including direct engagement with customer C-suite and senior technical leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across the organization, partnering effectively with engineering, operations, and geography leaders.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case development for technology and services investments.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or other advanced business degree.

  • Direct experience with drilling automation, rig control systems, managed pressure drilling, or tubular running services technology.

  • Prior experience operating across the Eastern Hemisphere, Latin America, or Canada/Alaska geographies.
