  • Experience:Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, with at least 3-4 years in a technical lead ership role.

  • Agile Methodologies:Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
  • Soft Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and lead ership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
