Job description

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage operational data and standard information across Samsung SCM systems.

  • Analyze weekly and monthly forecasts and prepare forecast reports.

  • Develop demand forecasts based on sales and inventory data analysis.

  • Manage forecast planning and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect new product launches, promotions, and sales plans in forecasting.

  • Analyze forecast accuracy and inventory KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.

  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales data and prepare Planning Reports.

  • Collaborate with HQ, Regional HQ, and Samsung Thailand to submit planning data and reports.

  • Perform data analysis, prepare reports, and support other tasks requested by management and related departments.

  • Prepare and submit Korean reports in accordance with the Management Guide.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above (any major).

  • Fluency in English and Korean (both spoken and written) with strong computer literacy; proficiency in Myanmar language is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of forecasting, production, and Supply Chain Management (SCM), with a good understanding of sales and inventory management.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheet) with excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

  • Positive, confident, and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn, embrace challenges, and continuously grow despite setbacks.
