The Role
This is not a traditional administrative assistant role.
We are looking for a commercially minded, detail-oriented apparel professional who understands garment construction, costing fundamentals, and cross-border manufacturing coordination.
You will work closely with Senior Sales Managers to ensure seamless execution across sampling, costing, production follow-up, and client communication — acting as a key bridge between the U.S. sales office and our global production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Account Support

· Assist in preparing quotations, cost sheets, and margin analysis
· Coordinate sample development timelines and follow up with internal teams
· Track order status, production progress, and delivery schedules
Technical & Product Coordination
· Review tech packs and assist in translating customer requirements into production-ready instructions
· Work closely with sourcing and production teams to ensure fabric, trim, and garment specifications are accurately executed
· Help resolve basic production or quality issues through proactive communication
Bilingual Communication & Global Coordination
· Act as a communication bridge between U.S. clients and overseas factories (China, Egypt, Bangladesh, etc.)
· Translate and clarify technical or commercial information when necessary
· Ensure information flow between internal teams and customers is timely and accurate
Data & Process Management
· Maintain organized records of costing sheets, order summaries, and client communication
· Support reporting preparation for sales performance tracking
· Assist in improving workflow efficiency and internal coordination processes
Qualifications & Experience
· Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and basic costing structure
· Experience supporting U.S. retail brands or private-label programs is a plus
· Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written required)
· Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Authorized to work in the United States
· Willingness to travel internationally often to overseas production bases, such as China, Bangladesh and Egypt, to coordinate sampling and production audits.
