What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Mixed Methods Researcher, and why are they important?

Familiarity with data analysis tools such as NVivo, SPSS, or R and experience with survey platforms are typically required. What is an mxd?

Mxd is not a widely recognized job title, so its meaning may vary depending on context or industry. It could be an abbreviation, acronym, or a specific term used within a certain organization. If you are referring to 'MXD' in the context of design, architecture, or technology, it might stand for 'Mixed-Use Development' or relate to roles dealing with mixed-use projects. In such cases, professionals working on MXD projects typically manage, design, or oversee developments that combine residential, commercial, and sometimes industrial spaces in a single area. For a more accurate answer, please specify the industry or provide more context.

What are some common challenges faced by a mixed-use development (Mxd) project manager in coordinating with diverse stakeholders?

A mixed-use development (Mxd) project manager often navigates the complexities of aligning the interests of various stakeholders, such as commercial tenants, residential occupants, local authorities, and contractors. Balancing differing priorities—like retail foot traffic, residential privacy, and municipal regulations—can be challenging. Effective communication, proactive conflict resolution, and a clear understanding of each stakeholder's needs are key to keeping projects on track. Regular coordination meetings and transparent project updates help ensure everyone is informed and engaged throughout the development process.

The VTC is a digital learning platform that provides manufacturers, educators, students, workers, employers, and other stakeholders with resources for training, recruitment, workforce development, and professional learning. • Configure, publish, and maintain digital courses, microsites, and virtual learning resources in the VTC.

  • Provide technical support, in conjunction with IT, to learners and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of courses and MxD Learn VTC functionality.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and QA checklists.
  • Develop reports on learner participation, progress, completion, and assessment outcomes.
  • Support onboarding and coordination of content providers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Communications team to promote MxD Learn offerings.
  • Research partnership, conference, and speaking opportunities to increase program awareness.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

+ Position Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, or commensurate experience in related field, preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience in supporting a learning management system or similar digital learning platform preferred

  • Must be available to work onsite at least 1 to 2 days per week

Salary Range: $58,727 to $74,289
