Position Overview

Fund Valuation Analysts support investment teams by providing accurate, timely, and independent valuations of fund assets and portfolios. The role combines financial analysis, accounting, and reporting skills to ensure fair value measurements, proper compliance with accounting standards, and transparency for investors and management.

These roles often involve close collaboration with fund accounting, portfolio management, investment operations, and external service providers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform valuations of private capital, public securities, and alternative assets in accordance with industry standards and fund guidelines

  • Analyze financial statements, transaction data, and market information to determine asset fair value

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual NAV calculations and supporting schedules

  • Build and maintain valuation models, tools, and reporting dashboards

  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing for key portfolio holdings

  • Support fund audits, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and potential valuation issues, escalating as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications
