What You'll Be Doing In this full-time role, you'll prepare the operating room before procedures, ensuring every tool, instrument, and surface is sterile and in place.

During surgeries, you'll provide direct support to the surgical team - anticipating needs, maintaining a sterile field, and staying fully present for every shift in tempo. What We're Looking For You'll need to be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program with active CST certification from NBSTSA or an equivalent credentialing body.
