  • Support influencer partnerships with local families, fishing, and outdoor micro-influencers (flat fees, product trades, or hybrid compensation) to expand reach and drive foot traffic.

Event Planning & Execution (20-30% of time)
  • Coordinate promotional events at the dealership in partnership with GM/Tracker Boat Manager, Bass Pro Shops store, and nearby outdoor venues (boat demo days, open houses, fishing clinics, family boat days, trade-ins, etc.).
  • Amplify major Bass Pro Shops events including Santa's Wonderland (holiday photos, crafts, giveaways), Gone Fishing / Kids Fishing events, seasonal promotions (4th of July, Back-to-School, Black Friday), conservation initiatives, and community outreach.
  • Manage logistics (setup, signage, vendors, live coverage) and create pre-event hype + post-event recaps to maximize reach and leads.

Additional Duties
  • Track performance metrics (views, engagement, leads) and provide monthly summaries.
  • Assist with occasional email/website updates.
  • Represent the Tracker/Bass Pro Shops brand professionally while staying current on products, trends, and conservation topics.
