We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building and maintaining music software, platform capabilities, and product integrations. This role helps teams execute reliably, improve engineering practices, and connect technical delivery to product and business priorities across inMusic.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and support engineers in delivering high-quality software.
  • Partner with product management and design to plan, prioritize, and execute roadmaps.
  • Improve engineering processes, technical standards, and delivery predictability.
  • Help resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Support stability, performance, maintainability, and quality across the product domain.
  • Build team capacity through mentoring, hiring support, and career development.
  • Identify opportunities for shared technology, reusable components, and integration across inMusic brands.
