Responsibilities
The primary role is to work closely with our client base to understand their release schedules and priorities, and to ensure the best possible customer service.
You will be tracking and driving the process from end to end which includes:
- Working with internal art department trafficking jobs through design/proofing stage
- Issuing purchase orders to all vendors, both domestic and international
- Trafficking all projects through print, manufacturing and delivery to final destination
- Communicating on a regular basis with the client as to the status of their projects
- Communicating via phone, email, zoom, etc., both domestic and international
- Maintaining an accurate production schedule and generate weekly status reports for clients
- Navigate internal schedules for domestic and international projects
- Correctly invoicing clients and ensuring that all billable parts are included
- Liaise with in-house Sales personnel as and when necessary
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
