What You'll Do:

  • Research, content creation, talent coaching, marketing and promotion creation, strategy building, social media oversight
  • Create, manage and execute the vision and strategy of all elements of the brand, including but not limited to music, spoken word, architecture, talent, contesting, production, digital applications.

  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years' experience radio or media leadership
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and handle multiple duties simultaneously
  • Must have excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with and an understanding of social media and digital best practices
  • Outstanding content judgment and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in media production and broadcast systems
  • Ability to work flexible and irregular hours
  • Willingness to experiment and innovate

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for this opportunity is $75,000 - $125,000/annually.

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
