About the role:  

The Roundglass Design Team consists of talented designers, who are self-motivated and believe that they have the power to change the world, one design at a time.

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will help shape and evolve the visual identity of Roundglass across multiple brands, initiatives, and experiences. You will work across a diverse range of projects, including brand development, integrated marketing campaigns, event experiences, social media, publications, music-related creative, and sports activations. This role requires exceptional visual design skills, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling brand experiences.

What you’ll do: 

  • Design and produce compelling brand assets that strengthen the overall visual identity across digital, print, social, experiential, and marketing channels, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work across a diverse range of projects, including brand guidelines, annual reports and publications, event and stadium branding, email campaigns, social media content, music-related creative, and marketing communications.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into thoughtful creative concepts and design solutions that drive engagement and support brand goals.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of scalable brand systems, templates, and design standards to ensure consistency across the Roundglass ecosystem.
  • Lead projects from concept through execution, balancing creative excellence with timelines, budgets, stakeholder feedback, and business objectives.
  • Present design concepts and articulate creative rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining a high standard of design quality.

Skills & Qualifications:  

Basic Qualifications (BQs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or visual communication, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, and communication design across print and digital channels.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong brand design, campaign development, visual storytelling, and marketing communications work.
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand systems, visual identities, and design guidelines.
  • Experience creating assets across multiple channels, including social media, email, events, presentations, reports, and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, product, events, and leadership teams.
  • Experience creating annual reports, brochures, and long-form communications.
  • Experience building scalable design systems and asset libraries
  • Previous experience in a startup, agency, or fast-paced creative environment.
Preferred Qualifications (PQ)
  • Experience working within consumer brands, wellness, lifestyle, sports, entertainment, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience.
  • Experience designing large-scale event and experiential branding.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and emerging design technologies.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Illustration skills.

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000- $150,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.
