Coordinator, TKO Music Strategy
  • Nashville-based role.
  • 2-3 years minimum experience in the music industry or entertainment industries preferred.

Live Events Coordination:
  • Assists the Sr. Director, TKO Music Strategy, with all advance elements of live event coordination across WWE, UFC, PBR, and more. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: music partner communication (internal/external), artist travel, hospitality, tech rider; day-of show credentials, day sheet; television promotional assets; legal agreements; TKO logistics; across WWE, UFC, PBR, and more.
  • Travels to TKO live events as needed to support day-of-show execution and coordination between the Music team, TKO ground teams, production, and performers.
  • Manages business ticketing requests related to Music team priorities from key stakeholders/partners.

Music Strategy & Project Management
  • Provides day-to-day support to the Sr. Dir, TKO Music Strategy, across all short and long-term music strategy initiatives/projects, artist partnerships, cross-brand opportunities, and more.
  • Helps identify potential artists, musical talent, and partnership opportunities based on the needs of TKO brands and events, such as conducting research to support music strategy, artist opportunities, partnerships, and internal presentations.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings with key music partners/stakeholders.

Marketing Support
  • Assists with digital marketing campaigns for artist partners/music initiatives across all TKO brands, such as supporting coordinating social media posting with internal teams, gathering assets/analytics, and more.
  • Gathers artist information, event materials, and music assets (photos, videos, etc.), for the purposes of on-screen and digital artist partnerships; organizes digital assets for internal and external use across music campaigns and artist integrations.

Database Management & Administrative Assistance
  • Maintains accurate internal TKO Music calendars and information related to live events, artist opportunities, partnerships, key dates, and ongoing projects; updates and maintains internal Music Strategy related databases, trackers, calendars, and organizational systems.
  • Provides general administrative support to the Sr. Dir, TKO Music Strategy as needed.
