Round Barn Estates is looking for a dependable, energetic, and hospitality-focused Food Truck Cook to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced service, takes pride in preparing quality food, and wants to be part of a fun, guest-focused destination.

Our food truck is an important part of the Round Barn Estates experience, serving guests during busy days, events, live music, and peak hospitality seasons.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare and cook food truck menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Set up, stock, and organize the food truck before service.
  • Cook food quickly and consistently during busy service periods.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
  • Assist with food prep, product rotation, labeling, and storage.
  • Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper holding temperatures.
  • Communicate product needs or equipment concerns to leadership.
  • Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests.
  • Assist with closing duties, cleaning, restocking, and securing food products.
  • Work as part of a team to create a smooth and positive guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous kitchen, restaurant, food truck, or food service experience preferred.
