Part-Time Graphic Designer / Digital Content Creator Remote (US-based preferred) 20-25 hours/week $20 hourly rate Start date: July 1 Folk Alliance International is a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to serving, strengthening, and engaging the global folk music community through preservation, presentation, and promotion. The annual Folk Alliance International Conference is the largest gathering of folk musicians and music industry professionals in the world. We're a tight-knit, creative, and mission-driven team passionate about community, music, and design.

You can get a sense of our visual style and spirit at folk.org and @folk_alliance . We're looking for a versatile and creative part-time Graphic Designer/Digital Content Creator to support our creative coordinator/lead designer on the marketing and communications team. This is an opportunity to contribute to a well-respected music industry brand while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

You'll design a wide variety of digital and print materials, stage email campaigns, create social media content, update our website—in collaboration with a warm, supportive team. Key Responsibilities: Design graphics for digital and print (conference collateral, membership and fundraising campaigns, special projects) Stage and schedule emails in Mailchimp Update and maintain website content (Webflow) Collaborate closely with our lead designer and marketing and communications manager Uphold and evolve our brand style while bringing creativity and new ideas Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings, as necessary Requirements: 1–3+ years of professional graphic design or creative agency experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Experience staging email campaigns (Mailchimp experience preferred) Some familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms are a plus Comfortable creating short videos or reels for social media are a plus Strong attention to detail and organization Positive, collaborative attitude — we're a team-first environment!
