Job description

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly creative Remote Social Media Content Creator to amplify our voice as the nation's premier healthcare Job Board platform. You will be responsible for humanizing the recruitment process, transforming complex healthcare career topics into engaging, accessible content that resonates with therapists, nurses, and medical professionals nationwide.

Salary is $60,000 to $70,000 per year depending on experience.
Work Schedule is M to F 9-5 pm
Work Type: 100% Remote. Full Time W2

Key Responsibilities

  • Healthcare Storytelling: Produce high-impact short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) that highlight career growth, workplace wellbeing, and the "why" behind mental health careers.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Partner with our recruitment team to create "Job Spotlight" content that makes hiring feel simple and personal for our clients.
  • On-Camera Presence: Act as the "face" of Gotham, conducting interviews with healthcare professionals and participating in industry trends with a knack for humor and authentic connection.
  • Cross-Platform Growth: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring 1-2 daily posts that maintain our mission-driven tone.
  • Educational Content: Curate graphics and posts on topics like trauma-informed care or telehealth boundaries to establish Gotham as a thought leader in the mental health community.

Requirements
