Office Aide - BCPA Shared Staff Center (Music)
DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:

Job location: Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts
Pay rate or range: $12.00
JOB PURPOSE:
Front office assistance with answering the telephone, greeting guests, data entry, filing and assisting with making copies for programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the BCPA Shared Business Office Team by assisting with daily office responsibilities, such as answering phones, customer service, processing mail, scanning, copying and printing documents, and other office related tasks.
COMPETENCIES:
Strong interpersonal skills, including oral communication. Attention to Detail. Ability to work independently.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
