Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
  • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
  • BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
  • Homecare Homebase experience
