Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Fallon, NV at a hospital setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree).
  • Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada required prior to start of assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required from AHA or ARC prior to start.
  • Demonstrated clinical competency in evaluation, plan-of-care development, and implementation for adults and older adults in an acute hospital environment.
  • Ability to perform and document comprehensive evaluations and skilled interventions per regulatory and departmental timeframes.
  • Experience supervising and delegating to PTA, therapy technicians, and students preferred.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and common clinical documentation systems preferred.
  • Ability to safely assist patients with transfers and mobility; capable of occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
  • Willingness to work varied caseloads and adapt to departmental staffing and scheduling needs.
  • Vendor candidates must be aware of additional facility-specific requirements and varied work schedule details prior to applying.

  • Shift hours: 07:30–05:45.
