Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their Gulf Coast Division is seeking a PRN associate pathologist to provide coverage at our hospital facilities in the Central Houston market: HCA Houston Healthcare Medical Center, The Womanโ€™s Hospital of Texas, HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland, HCA Houston Healthcare West, and HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast.
Qualified Candidates:
  • AP/CP board certification is required
  • Sub-specialty training/experience preferred
  • 2-3 + years post fellowship experience preferred
  • Ability to commit to shift work two months in advance
  • Proficiency in general surgical pathology, clinical interpretations and must have recent experience performing frozen sections
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or have a Texas medical license in good standing
