  • Active Certified Residential Appraiser
  • Embrace and complete modern collaborative valuations
  • Motivated Self-starter with high energy
  • Efficient time management & results driven
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail
  • Geographic competency in real estate trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Work schedule flexibility to accommodate client/borrower needs
  • Ability to complete physical property inspections
  • No current or pending state disciplinary actions
  • Successfully meet/exceed monthly minimum production
