Desktop Support Technician

Location: Overland Park, KS 66211

Pay Rate: $22/HR W2

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm

Duration: 1-3 months

Job Description Provided:

  • PC refresh project
  • Inventory of IT equipment (Un-box device, Build Computer (load Image & additional software), & re-box device)
  • Desktop/laptop support
  • Research and troubleshoot problems
  • Health Check, smart hands, and other duties as assigned
  • Excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience with

o IT Inventory

o Deskside Support

o Troubleshoot IT Equipment

  • No Certifications required, but a plus.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
