Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and assess support packages tailored for individual clients, helping them address challenges such as dependency issues and mental health crises.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with service users to assess their current emotional and psychological conditions, needs, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Develop and set measurable goals for each case, ensuring customized treatment plans that facilitate positive outcomes.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
  • Provide counseling and advice during sessions while also equipping clients with resources and coping strategies they can utilize.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, reporting on their status and progress in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Attend case conferences and, when necessary, provide evidence in court to advocate for client needs.
  • Collaborate as a key worker with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, recovery specialists, and community resources to create comprehensive care pathways for clients.
  • Facilitate client referrals to community services that can aid in their recovery and integration back into society.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Murray Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges, domestic issues, addiction, and trauma. Qualifications
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, or Sociology.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Social Worker, including relevant clinical practice.
  • Strong understanding of social theories and practices.
  • Exceptional ability to demonstrate empathy and build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Solid assessment skills and the ability to evaluate complex client situations effectively.
  • Willingness to submit to thorough background checks as part of our commitment to client safety.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a community health setting or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of local mental health resources and community services available in the Arlington, Texas area.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client records.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, with potential bonuses tied to performance.
