Murray Counseling Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed professional counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand the mental and emotional health concerns of patients.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies, including talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral methods, and other evidence-based interventions to facilitate patient progress.
• Maintain awareness of current counseling techniques and methodologies, ensuring the application of the most effective practices in your sessions.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation for patients, maintaining a warm and engaging therapeutic atmosphere throughout each session.
• Facilitate referrals to other mental health professionals and support resources as needed to further assist patients in reaching their wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and document progress accurately.
• Proven ability to create a safe and welcoming environment that encourages clients to share and address their most personal concerns.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient counseling settings, particularly delivering therapy in a remote or virtual environment.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches and the ability to adapt methods to suit individual client needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record management.

Compensation and Benefits

Murray Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
