• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based methodologies to craft tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique mental health needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate clients' progress towards wellness and coping strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, ensuring a high standard of ethical practice.
• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow mental health professionals to provide holistic care, openly sharing insights that benefit client outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing education and support sessions for patients and their families to enhance their understanding of mental health conditions, treatment procedures, and community resources.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through case consultations and peer review meetings, remaining at the forefront of advancements in mental health treatment.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. You will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting these individuals during their therapeutic journey, helping them develop coping strategies and promoting overall mental health resilience.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) to practice mental health counseling.
• Proven ability to apply solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships.
