• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to create customized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation aligned with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of ethical practice.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and mental health professionals to provide holistic client care, leveraging the diverse expertise within the team.
• Engage clients in educational discussions that provide insight into mental health conditions and available resources, empowering them in their healing journey.
• Stay informed about the latest research and innovations in mental health care, applying new knowledge to enhance treatment effectiveness and improve client outcomes.

Our clients come from varied backgrounds, facing multiple challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. We focus on delivering personalized care that reflects the unique life experiences of each individual, ensuring that they feel heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• Proven experience in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with a commitment to tailoring treatment plans to individual client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address complex clinical situations.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and fostering a supportive environment for both colleagues and clients.

• Experience in a community health setting is highly desirable, as it will enhance your understanding of the unique challenges faced by our clientele.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methods, enabling seamless client interactions.
• Continuing education in evidence-based practices, indicating a commitment to professional development in the mental health field.
