Job Description Controller Indianapolis, North Compensation: $120,000-130,000 We are seeking an experienced Division Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and business analysis while partnering with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions and drive operational performance. Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day accounting and financial operations for the division.

Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. Prepare and review financial statements and ensure accurate financial reporting. Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies

Partner with internal and external auditors during audits. Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and credit management. Provide financial guidance and support to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.

Drive process improvements and help develop key performance metrics (KPIs). Identify financial risks and opportunities to support business growth. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA is a plus.

CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience. Experience with financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Manufacturing experience, preferably in a multinational company, is a plus. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
