The Opportunity

The Business Manager role for the Infrastructure and Operations organization is acritical role supporting theHead of I&O and the overarching technology leadershipteam,directionand successat JLL.The role is active acrossmultiple and varied activities designed to allow theHead ofI&Oto be most productive.This individual regularlyleveragestheir internal and external network, as well as a deep knowledge of the organization, to proactivelyidentifyareas of supportneeded. Thisindividual is focused on overseeing key business initiatives of the organization, supportingonand driving company-wide projects large and small, supporting theI&Ooninternal andexternal engagements, client meetings etc and driving execution into the broader organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials forHead of Infrastructureandoverarching IT organization:

  • Internal and External meetings -prepare agendas for trips with clients,presentations, speaking engagements, panels, etc.

  • Maintain abreast ofinternal JLL andexternalmacro-economic trends to incorporate thoughts into briefings or analysis provided

  • World Economic Forum and other large corporate events

  • Drive follow-up and advance priorities, liaising with internal stakeholders

  • Assistwith key client correspondence and follow-ups, etc.

Global Executive Board Partnership

  • Work closely with the other business managers and provide leverage to theHead of Infrastructureon assignments thatcanincludehighly confidential and delicatetopics

  • Support for the Global Executive Board and Board of Directors. Working withother IT leaders and their business managers:

  • Set out and adjust agenda for GEB meetings,BoDmeetings, GEB calls, ad hoc requirements - with input fromCIO,GEB, CEO, etc

  • Communicate with teamsregardingpresentations, materials, deadlines etc

  • Ensure standard of materials and review before submitted

  • Take notes and actions during meetings, circulate thereafter

  • Drive follow-ups and execution with GEB and other team members post meetings

Marketing and Communications

  • Work closely with Marketing & Communications and Executive office on:

  • Large internal leadership meetings

  • Communications from the executive office (content, key topics etc)

Strategic Projects

  • Driving a broad range of strategic projects across the global JLL business portfolio

Requirements

  • Experience working in strategic consulting or as an analyst in private equity/investment banking with a blend of corporate experience preferred.

  • Canoperateindependently with excellent time management skills and ability to deliver on multiple, competing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Strong relationship-building skills toestablishcredibility quickly and partner globally across all levels within an organization

  • Demonstratesa high levelof emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt personal style to different situations and cultures

  • Outstanding customer service;anticipatesneeds and responds to stakeholder issues in an expedient and professional manner

  • Excellent verbal and written communications including the ability to generate compelling slide decks for diverse audiences

  • Experience supporting and partnering with executives in C Suites in a multinational company

  • Demonstrates integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters

  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute cross-functional projects

  • Strong attention to detail with a fundamental concern for the accuracy of information, including the ability to organizelarge amountsof data and track multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong knowledge of the business,financeand analytics

  • Bi-lingual in English and German, Spanish and/or French is a plus

  • Ability to travel globally as needed

Estimated compensation for this position:

84,000.00 - 127,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
