Overview Sr Associate Technical Instructional Designer - Military Veteran About the Role As a Sr Associate Technical Instructional Designer you will design collaborate and create innovative learning solutions for technical business problems while collaborating with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end learning solutions. You will also have the amazing opportunity to lead change by researching and suggesting new and creative approaches to deliver engaging content to learners! About You Basic Qualifications Must be a transitioning US Military Veteran or eligible member of the National Guard or Reserves. Cannot have been out of the military for longer than three years (exception is for those who enrolled in a full-time educational program directly after separating the service) 3-5 years of instructional design training delivery learning consultation experience 1-2 years of shown experience with authoring multimedia and graphics tools such as Articulate 360 Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Captivate InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) and other industry benchmark applications and online multimedia authoring tools Demonstrated program/project management experience ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize time well Other Qualifications Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge in the following is preferred: Building learning solutions for SaaS organizations; Software development lifecycle DevOps and/or product lifecycle; Articulating complex technical concepts into simple terms for learners; Writing scripts and producing educational videos; Applying current industry research learning tools and trends to craft engaging learning solutions; Using instructional design techniques to measure the effectiveness of training; Cultivating key partnerships and project plans; HTML5 xAPI mobile learning and adaptive learning experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
