Cricut's Creative Department is a team of dreamers, makers, and storytellers who bring the Cricut brand to life through exceptional creative content. We transform business strategy into customer-centric experiences across every touchpoint, inspiring more people to discover what's possible with Cricut and see themselves as makers.
The Multimedia Design team brings creative concepts to life by combining physical craftsmanship with digital artistry. This team creates the inspiring projects customers see across product launches, marketing campaigns, Design Space, social media, retail, and beyond. Every project is thoughtfully crafted to leave customers thinking, "Cricut is for me," while inspiring them to confidently say, "I can make that."
As a Multimedia Designer, you'll partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Studio, and Marketing teams to transform creative concepts into polished visual assets. You'll create physical Cricut projects, develop digital composites and mockups, leverage emerging AI-powered creative tools, and help craft customer experiences that build brand affinity, inspire creativity, and drive sales.
Success in this role means creating work that not only looks exceptional but helps more people discover what's possible with Cricut, see themselves as makers, and believe they can create something amazing.
Responsibilities
  • Create physical and digital projects that bring creative concepts to life across marketing campaigns, product launches, Design Space, social media, retail, and other customer touchpoints.
  • Translate creative direction into polished visual assets, including physical projects, digital composites, mockups, and AI-assisted creative.
  • Partner with the Studio team to prepare projects for photography and video production, providing on-set support, styling, and creative problem-solving as needed.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Studio teams to deliver high-quality work that showcases Cricut products and inspires customers.
  • Maintain organized project files, digital assets, and physical libraries across Airtable, Design Space, Figma, and other creative workflow tools.
  • Stay curious about crafting trends, design, emerging technologies, and AI tools while continually exploring new ways to improve creative quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree (A.A.S.) or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related creative field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, creative production, or a related creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work across both physical and digital mediums.
  • Experience creating physical projects alongside digital visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and other modern creative tools.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted workflows.
  • Familiarity with Cricut machines, Design Space, materials, and crafting techniques is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A maker's mindset with a passion for craftsmanship, creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
