Job description

Position Summary:


The Daily Home is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated Multimedia Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, driving revenue, and helping local businesses achieve their marketing goals.

The Multimedia Sales Representative will work directly with businesses throughout the community to develop customized advertising and marketing solutions across print, digital, social media, email, and other multimedia platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit local businesses each day to introduce our advertising and marketing services.
  • Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
  • Learn about each client’s goals, challenges, audience, and marketing needs.
  • Create customized multimedia advertising packages using print and digital products.
  • Present advertising proposals and clearly communicate the value of each recommendation.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals.
  • Maintain regular contact with current advertisers and identify opportunities to grow their accounts.
  • Prepare accurate sales agreements, advertising orders, and campaign information.
  • Coordinate with internal advertising, creative, and production teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share results with clients when appropriate.
  • Maintain organized records of sales calls, appointments, proposals, and follow-up activities.
  • Represent The Daily Home professionally at community events, networking opportunities, and business meetings.

  • Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and appropriate automobile insurance.
  • Ability to travel locally and make a minimum of 10 in-person business visits per day.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in sales, marketing, communications, or business is a plus.

Work Schedule
