You'll create engaging multimedia content that celebrates our clients, employees, donors, volunteers, and communities while strengthening our brand and expanding awareness of our impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, and other creative vendors.
  • Manage multimedia projects from concept through final production.
  • Travel approximately 15% throughout New England to capture stories at our various locations.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is both creative and collaborative—someone who enjoys turning ideas into impactful visual stories.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, marketing, or visual communications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, graphic design, and storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Experience with photography, video production, audio recording, lighting, and editing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout New England.

Why You'll Love Working Here

At Ascentria, creativity has purpose.

Every campaign you create, every video you produce, and every story you tell helps connect people to critical services, inspire generosity, recruit compassionate employees, and strengthen communities.

We offer:

  • A mission-driven culture where your work truly matters
  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Generous paid time off
  • 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
  • Professional development and continuing education opportunities
  • A collaborative, supportive marketing team that values creativity and innovation
