Wachter Lowell, AR office is seeking a Content Specialist who will support business objectives and project leadership by producing branded, accessible training and presentation assets-including e-learning modules, videos, voice-overs, animations, screen recordings, captions/transcripts, slide decks, and milestone materials-using a consultative, reusable, and business-aligned design approach.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design fundamentals with practical multimedia production skills. You will take rough source content from subject matter experts and project teams and turn it into clear, engaging, accessible deliverables that are ready for internal or external use.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design training visuals and slide layouts.
  • Prepare clean screen captures.
  • Edit short-form instructional videos.
  • Create simple animations, prepare captions and transcripts, supporting SCORM-ready learning outputs.
  • Ensuring all materials align with brand and accessibility expectations.
  • Help standardize and maintain templates, visual assets, and production workflows so content remains scalable and maintainable over time.
  • Highly proficient with the use of a personal computer , including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Manages feedback well.
  • Able to balance creativity with business needs.
  • Meet tight deadlines.
  • Adhere to all Wachter Policies.

Skills and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, Multimedia Production, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a corporate content designer or similar experience preferred.
  • Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, branding, and digital production skills. (Please include a link to your digital portfolio)
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools, accessible presentations, captioned media, and management of Learning Management Software is highly valued.
  • Creative collaborator who engages with smart questions.
  • Advanced experience with tools including but not limited to Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Synthesi.
