Job Description This role is critical to Strategy Execution and Transformation. The internship offers a hands-on experience for students to go through real org-wide challenges, while harnessing their critical thinking and creativity.Job Details/Description Specific to theInternship:
Internship has 3 days required for onsite work, and 2 days on WFH/virtual.
- Helps in managing, creating and designing culture-building and communications projects, and assists in building campaigns and stories that help build the Globe CX Culture
- Explores other creative platforms to raise awareness and participation among employees
- Creation of branded key visuals and assets aligned to Globe tonality
- Multimedia, photo and video editing, with focus on video production
- Website design, ops and maintenance
- Social media content and online activations and engagements for stakeholders (where relevant)
Must display the following:
- Communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly and creatively, while able tocreate compelling communications material
- Attention to detail: Has a keen eye for details and able to give inputs to improve the program, while organized andeffective in taking part in project management
- Adaptable: Able to adapt quickly and efficiently to the changes
- Presentation skills: Must be able to present ideas to peers and leaders
- Analytical skills: Ability to process data and information, and analyze them to form conclusions as inputs to programs
- Critical thinking: Provides insights and recommendations by looking at trends as inputs to programs
