Job Responsibilities:
Multimedia & Print Collateral

  • Commercial & Service Enablement: Design materials to assist sales and customer service teams, including presentation decks, client education tools and videos, and training guides.
  • UX/UI Support: Assist in designing user-centered assets and visual elements for digital interfaces and web platforms.

Motion & Video Production
  • Video & Motion Editing: Edit short-form video content, incorporating light motion graphics, basic animations, resizing, and captioning for various viewing platforms.
  • Technology & Product Showcasing: Craft engaging visual assets that highlight Access Labs' diagnostic testing capabilities and proprietary lab technology.
  • Training & Educational Media: Produce instructional video content, tutorial clips, and onboarding visuals to support client education and team training initiatives.

Brand Stewardship & Operations
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure visual consistency, proper typography, layout, and color systems across all print and digital media.
  • Asset Organization: Manage design files, templates, and creative asset libraries to streamline collaboration across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers, incorporating feedback in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
  • Format Optimization: Adapt creative assets for varying platform specifications, audiences, and emerging media formats.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required Experience & Technical Skills
  • Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or digital content creation.
  • Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite-specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Design Fundamentals: Solid command of typography, layout, color theory, and brand guidelines across print and screen.
  • Video/Motion Experience: Demonstrated ability to edit video and create motion content. Videography experience and capabilities a big plus!
  • Portfolio Requirement: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse work across graphic design, print or UX/UI concepts, and video/motion content.

Soft Skills & Professional Attributes
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and visual quality control.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under deadlines. Growth Mindset: Strong collaborative spirit and a desire to learn new design tools, mediums, and techniques.
