Job description

CAMPUS USA Credit Union is seeking a creative and motivated Video Content & Multimedia Intern to help bring our brand to life through engaging video and digital storytelling. This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to build your portfolio while gaining real-world experience video production, content strategy, and digital marketing.ย 

The primary focus of this role is creating compelling video content for CAMPUSโ€™ YouTube channels and social media platforms, as well as developing educational tutorials, promotional videos, and digital visual assets to support our service center and member experience.

This is an internship position that offers the following:

  • A minimum of 16 hours a week, limited to 19ย hours per week
  • $22.00/hour
  • Must be able to work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays flexible schedule on other weekdays
  • 6 month, in-person,ย temporary position

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Create, film, edit, and publish engaging video content for CAMPUSโ€™ YouTube channels, social media platforms, and other digital marketing campaigns, including promotional, educational, and community-focused content.
  • Produce educational tutorials and instructional videos that help members understand financial products, digital banking services, and technology tools while supporting the credit union's financial wellness initiatives.
  • Design and develop visual media for service center digital displays, presentations, and marketing campaigns, ensuring all content aligns with CAMPUSโ€™ brand standards and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan content calendars, develop creative concepts, capture photo and video content at service center and community events, and maintain an organized digital media library.
  • Monitor trends in video production and social media, recommend innovative content ideas, and use engagement metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital content.

Education

  • Must be currently enrolled at a degree-seeking university or collegeย or a recent graduate of a university or college
  • Must have a Hootsuite Social Media Certification

Experience

  • Must be willing and able to provideย samples of Social Media work, professional or personal
  • Must be able to provide references
