Working closely with creative, marketing, and product partners, they manage multiple projects while meeting platform requirements and production standards. Their work reflects a high level of craft, attention to detail, and adaptability across formats and channels. They take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, incorporating feedback thoughtfully and efficiently. Along the way, they contribute to team growth by maintaining best practices, staying current on digital trends, and supporting junior designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design digital assets for web, mobile, email, and social
  • Execute creative concepts with strong visual craft
  • Apply and evolve brand guidelines across digital touchpoints
  • Create layouts, typography systems, and UI components
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product partners
  • Translate creative direction into polished final designs

Base pay is $90,000-$100,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
