Motivity

Seattle, WA

Full-time

Job description

The role

Motivity is looking for a Brand & Web Designer to support our marketing and creative team with high-quality, consistent visual design across digital, web, and event assets. This is a hands-on, builder role, who will shape the brand's visual system, challenge it, and bring it to life through execution.

We're looking for someone who is fast, highly tactical, and creatively opinionated, someone who can take a concept and turn it into a polished, live asset without handoffs or bottlenecks.

You will:

  • Propose creative direction
  • Execute design work quickly and at a high level
  • Build and ship in Figma, Canva, and Webflow
  • Translate ideas into live experiences
What you'll doOwn and evolve the brand
  • Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints while pushing the brand forward.
  • Bring Motivity's personality to life: human, expert, confident, and grounded in real-world experience.
  • Challenge existing patterns and introduce new creative directions that feel bold but intentional.
Design, build, and maintain our website (end-to-end)
  • Own design and development of Motivity's website in Figma and Webflow.
  • Translate marketing strategy, messaging, and campaigns into high-performing web experiences.
  • Continuously improve UX, conversion, and performance across key pages.
  • Build and launch new pages quickly in support of campaigns, SEO, and product initiatives.
Support demand generation and campaigns
  • Design high-impact visuals for:
    • paid media (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting)
    • ABM campaigns (including physical and digital experiences)
    • lead magnets and landing pages
  • Collaborate with marketing to test and iterate creative that improves performance.
Partner on content and storytelling
  • Work closely with the content strategist and video lead to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Contribute to the creative direction of content (not just execution).
  • Help shape how Motivity's expertise is expressed visually across blogs, guides, and campaigns.
Social and ongoing content support
  • Design assets that support social media strategy (posts, carousels, visual series).
  • Create repeatable systems/templates that allow content to scale without losing quality.
Event and swag design
  • Concept and design conference materials, booth experiences, and swag.
  • Think beyond standard assets—create memorable, differentiated experiences aligned with Motivity's challenger positioning.
Sales and internal assets

Design and maintain high-quality assets including:

  • pitch decks and presentations
  • sales one-pagers and leave-behinds
  • webinar slides
  • implementation and product materials

These assets should reinforce trust, clarity, and expertise at every stage of the buyer journey.

What success looks like
  • Motivity's brand feels distinct, modern, and unmistakable in the ABA space.
  • The website becomes a high-performing conversion engine, not just a brochure.
  • Campaign creative consistently improves engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Sales and marketing teams rely on design as a strategic advantage, not a support function.
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of experience in design, with strong exposure to both brand and web.
  • Deep expertise in Figma and Webflow (you can design and ship) + proficiency with other modern design tools (Canva, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple asset types.
  • Proven ability to take ideas from concept → design → live execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, move fast and manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Comfortable managing multiple small design projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Bonus points
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience with event or conference design.
  • Experience working on conversion-focused websites and landing pages.
  • Motion/animation experience for web and social (Adobe After Effects, Lottie, etc.).
  • Experience contributing to brand strategy, not just execution.
