Subject matter expert in the development, planning, and execution of the Bank's or department's communication strategy. Develops and leads plans for effective communication strategies, projects, and programs specifically to promote engagement and understanding of Bank and department goals, high-priority initiatives, and stakeholder viewpoints.
Essential Accountabilities
  • Advises key stakeholders on developing and executing effective communication strategies related to high-priority projects and develops and oversees additional projects.
  • Responsible for creation and execution of communication strategies and tactics targeted at Bank leadership and employees.
  • Writes or reviews communication deliverables for the Bank or department across a variety of communication media.
  • Develops and implements measurement strategies related to communications tools and approaches.
  • Develops key relationships with and promotes ongoing collaborative partnerships with Bank and Federal Reserve System colleagues.
  • Ensures web content and communication materials are maintained to keep information current and engaging.
  • Recognized as an expert and advisor within the organization and has in-depth expertise in communications and broad knowledge of other disciplines within other departments.
  • Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on business lines or the Bank.
  • Experience working in a matrixed communications environment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related work experience OR
  • Master's degree and 7 years of related work experience

The expected starting salary range for the Senior Communications Advisor is between $123,700 and $154,600 annually. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
