The Multimedia Producer heavily contributes to the execution of marketing efforts towards corporate goals through a variety of touchpoints including content development through photography, animation, video production, editing and design. This position requires someone who works well in a team environment as well as being able to work on independent projects. The Multimedia Producer will be responsible for creating content for social media accounts, YouTube, and other corporate projects. Experience with creating motion graphics and familiarity with After Effects is a must.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Video and photography coverage of company events.
  • Ability to own the entire video production process. Comfortable with shooting and editing video content.
  • Adept at creating motion graphics.
  • Work closely with Marketing Team Leads to ensure all video and photography complies with company brand standards.
  • Participate in the initial planning and ideation of strategy with the Marketing team.
  • Create content for social platforms, digital campaigns, and internal projects.
  • Organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines and manage a variety of activities.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments.
  • Be willing to travel for media capture of Union Home Mortgage branches across the country.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Videography, Animation, Social Media, Communications or a related major
  • 5 years professional video production experience.
  • Examples of work or link to an online portfolio
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Basic knowledge of production equipment (cameras, audio video recorders, lighting, and microphones) for on location and in-house production.
  • Knowledge of video editing and delivery using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong consideration given to applicants versed in After Effects and motion graphics.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks.
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.
  • Positive working attitude, contributing as an individual and team member to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to collaborate with various levels of partners (employees).
  • Familiar with the Adobe Creative Suit products: Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator.
  • Keeping media files organized in department servers and OneDrive.
