Job description

SUMMARY

GCM Grosvenor (Nasdaq: GCMG) is seeking a Marketing Associate, Digital Strategy to support marketing and business development efforts for the firm's private wealth channel focused on web, email, and social strategy, with additional responsibility for broader marketing support as the venture grows. The role is primarily digital in focus, but also contributes to event marketing, collateral development, and sales enablement as priorities require. The role is well suited to a marketer with 3-5 years of proven digital experience seeking deeper exposure across alternative investments and the end-to-end marketing function at a firm backed by the institutional expertise of GCM Grosvenor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Execution: Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and social posts via marketing automation and tracked through our CRM platform, Hubspot.
  • Website Management: Own day-to-day updates to grovelanepartners.com - publishing news, team bios, event announcements, and content pieces while maintaining SEO hygiene and brand consistency.
  • Event & Digital Support: Drive the digital component of advisor conferences and webinars - registration pages, reminder sequences, follow-up nurtures, and on-demand content hubs.
  • Multimedia Production: Support video production and editing for webinar recordings, social video, and post-event content distribution.
  • Marketing Coordination: Partner with GCM Grosvenor content teams to schedule and distribute thought leadership, whitepapers, and market commentary to RIAs, family offices, and HNW advisors.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Pull weekly and monthly performance reports across email, web, and paid channels. Surface insights that inform the next campaign, not just the last one.
  • Martech Hygiene: Maintain CRM lists, suppression rules, UTMs, and audience segments so advisor data stays clean and actionable.
  • Collateral & Brand: Help maintain and refresh marketing collateral, including pitch books, fund one-pagers, and advisor brochures, ensuring accuracy, compliance approval, and brand consistency.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, digital, or communications. Experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Fintech is a plus.
  • Digital Fluency: Comfort with email platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar), CMS tools (WordPress or equivalent), and basic analytics (Google Analytics, social insights).
  • Video & Multimedia: Basic experience with video production or editing tools, and webinar platforms (Zoom, GoTo Meeting or similar) to support webinar recordings and on-demand content. Comfort coordinating logistics for virtual events and preparing post-event content for distribution is a plus.
  • Execution & Range: Reliable project management instincts - you hit deadlines, close loops, and flag risks before they become fires. Comfortable toggling between digital campaign work and broader marketing support without losing momentum.
  • Curiosity: Genuine interest in alternative investments, the private wealth channel, and how advisors make allocation decisions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Sharp eye for copy, formatting, and brand consistency across every touchpoint.
